✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible products under the following conditions:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • A valid reason for return must be shared (e.g., wrong item received, damaged product).
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.

📦 Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom-designed or stitched products
  • Personalized orders
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Slight variations in color or design due to the handmade nature (these are not considered defects)

🔄 Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer exchanges in cases of:

  • Incorrect size (if applicable and in stock)
  • Defective or damaged product upon delivery
  • Wrong item received

Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer unless the mistake is on our end.

💰 Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • A refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • In case of COD orders, store credit or a bank transfer will be arranged.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and guide you through the return process.
  3. Pack the item securely and dispatch it to the address provided by our team.

Please note: We do not offer reverse pickups at the moment. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
